Effectively handled & streamlined Employee Life Cycle, Talent Management, Employee Grievance, Compensation & Benefits, and Statutory Compliance, Lesioning with Govt Labour Departments, P tax, ESIC across East India.
- Possess an inquisitive & analytical mind, adept at creative thinking and excellent organizational skills with problem solving attitude.
